Any separator plans with 4" inlet for wide belt sander use

Has anyone made a thien separator with 4" pipe? I would like to use it as a preseparator before my cyclone for a 25" wide belt.  My Oneida cyclone filter is getting killed with fine dust from my sanders.  Cleaning the filter takes a while and is a huge pain.
