Delta Dust Collector run capacitor

After building Phil's terrific dust baffle my Delta Dust Collector fried the run capacitor. Seems like a simple thing but Delta no longer offers this part. They tell me to go to a motor shop to try and find one. So much for customer service from Delta. Now I need to retrofit this motor to get it running again.
Also, the Thien baffle works so well there is nothing left in the dust collector bag. So maybe I don't need a DC with a big motor and large collection bag. Any comments?
