Please post pics you've found online, in magazines/books, etc., of dust pans for contractor saws.  Especially if you can provide dates (like copyright dates) of books/magazines, etc.

Phil here's a link to Kevin Brady's dust collection solutions for all kinds of shop equipment.  At the bottom of his site there is a copyright which I think is 2004-2013.  There may not be as much detail here as you would like.

Here's a "Project" from 2009 posted on Lumberjocks site.

Here is a few

Here is the overhead dust collector blade guard I made for my table saw.
It helps out a bit but I think I am going to modify it for a full 2 1/2" hose, not sure how I could get it up to 4".
Also I mat actually make a heavier duty and narrower guard.  But for now it works.

these are the ones i made from 16ga sheet metal compiled from different ones i saw on the NET. along with my pattern all based on a 30-60-90 triangle. just measure the base of saw and opening of saw bottom then use the triangle and start pounding brews to get cardboard, its not rocket science

It's pretty clear after studying your photo, that the design was stolen from Millers, not Chuck Lenz! ;D

I'm just surprised there is someone else drinking Miller Life here.
