Locating Baffle Mounting Holes

In this thread, http://www.jpthien.com/smf/index.php?topic=100.msg500#msg500, Paul describes what I'd like to do, but I can't figure out hole to locate the holes in the DC ( the ones that mount the dowels to the DC).

See 4th picture down.

Also, has anyone washed the Jet 1100 cannister with a garden hose and dried it successfully?
