I made a dust collector with Thien baffle almost 2 years ago here in The Philippines. I used a large bucket used for chlorine. The bucket locks tight by turning.
It is used almost every day with my Ridgid vac, and the only time we have a problem is when we forget to empty it

Well executed ! Looks like it works very good !! I use a 5 gallon separator for a table saw at work. Designed for one tool only, it works wonderfully.
